Criteria for finance:

  • 10-year loan term
  • Purchase/Application must be in the name of a legal entity. Either own Pty/Trust name or a property owing company name.
  • Two years' latest audited and signed financials must be submitted for self-employed.
  • If the property is for investment purposes a rent roll of the tenants must be submitted.

Fees:

Meridian Finance does ask a professional fee of 0.80% of the grant amount, which is payable on acceptance of the loan offer.
