Documents to be submitted:

 A. Salaried individuals:

• Copy of id
• Latest pay slip. If overtime or commission is earned the last three (3) consecutive pay slips.
• Three (3) months personal banking statements.
• Offer to purchase (Not applicable for a Pre Approval request)
• Application form.

B. Self Employed individuals:

• Copy of id
• Three (3) months business banking statements.
• Three (3) months personal banking statements.
• Latest two (2) years signed and audited financial statements.
• Company registration documentation.
• Application form and Personal statement of asset and liabilities.
• Offer to purchase.
