A. Selfemployed/Business Owner

• Copy of id
• The latest 2 years' signed and audited financial statements of the business
• Three (3) months of business banking statements
• Background information document/Company profile/Website
• Personal statement of assets and liabilities for each director 
• Offer to purchase
• Zoning certificate/Business License
• Company/Trust registration documentation.
• If the purchase is for investment: A rent-roll is to be included. (attached with the application form)

Building loans

Please note that the land must have been purchased and paid for already. Only the building part will be financed. Please indicate if the finance is to build and we will send you a list of the building documentation required,

B. Employed individuals buying for investment

• Copy of id
• Application form with the personal balance sheet and rent roll to be completed and signed
• Company registration documentation ( The purchase must be made in the name of a legal entity)
• Offer to purchase
• Three months of personal banking statements
